Day 1: All fruits except banana. eat a lots of melon
Day 2: All vege. breakfast wif a large baked potato
Day 3: A mixture fruits & vege of your choice. no banana & potato today
Day 4: Banana & milk as many as banana & drink 3 glass of milk combine wif any mushroom soup
Day 5: U wil eat beef & tomatoes. 6 whole tomatoes
Day 6: Beef & vege, can eat unlimited beef & vege
Day 7: Your food will consists of brown rice, fruits jus
